Teaching Philosophy
As a current mathematics teacher, I have a clear and confident vision of what my teaching philosophy entails. My philosophy encompasses teaching each and every student as a whole, not just the subject of mathematics. I am committed to emphasizing student-centered learning, teaching my students the importance of respect, and providing them with the tools they will need to succeed outside of my classroom. Part of this philosophy is based upon building a strong relationship with my students, with an emphasis on respect. I have the opportunity to teach students why mathematics is so important in day-to-day living and making an impact on their future. I embrace the opportunity to have such an important career and I continually give my very best to my students every single day.
